Tasting Notes
The 2017 Fidelio is wild, rich and super-expressive. Apricot, mint, and tropical overtones add striking shades of complexity to a core of grassy Sauvignon Blanc flavors. A touch of reduction adds freshness and verve without being dominant in any way. This is such a pretty and expressive white.
